I do it all with pride and do it for the music
It all takes time, and im only improving

I know what upsets you, but I do it anyway

Receive what you dish out; I would get a nasty meal

Fighting a war of pain, I’m just tryna heal

So I don’t change at all, cause it can’t be perfected

Moving up slowly, case you can fall fast

The quicker you fall, then the harder you land

& on the way down, you see the bigger picture

Cause nothing really hurts, until you see it hit you

I’m driving one lane, I’m ready for the switch up

So I flash my lights, I left to make the right turn

I use to live life influenced by others
Trying to impress the people I call brother
Giving birth to another little fuck up
Had no protection, thank god I wore a rubber
And made it through, and I kept plan b
I’m not suppose to be here, according to the plans see
The ghetto made me wiser
Living in the meadows only made rise up
